Hi! I have a form that I use on a daily basis that I want to start doing it on my computer. I want to beable to input the information, and then print JUST the information onto the form which I will load in my printer. Anyone know what software I can use to make this? I have a scanner to do this.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Check omnipage pro which are now at version 12. The way it works is that you scan your form, omnipage saves it, and when you want to use the form, you fill it out on your computer instead of my hand, and then print it. It works for basically all types of forms, applications etc. Eliminate the paper bundle and you always have a copy of the printed form in memory in your PC.
