Anyone been able to fax a photo with XP pro?

I tried searching but it told me FAX is too short or common a word to search for... oh well. Here's the deal: I bought a scanner, scanned several images which were then stored in the My Pictures folder, then i installed/enabled the fax feature that is part of Windows XP. The problem is i can't see how to direct the fax program to go over to the My Pictures folder and "grab" the desired scans. It will send cover sheets all day, but there is no way to attach content. Anyone familiar with this? Tia, Nick.
