Any GPU fan speed ajustment software ?

Hi, im looking for a link for some GPU fan controlling software that i can use to mod my GPU so its not so loud. i have tried riviatuner and it dont work with windows 7 64 bit edition of windows. does anyone recommend any other software I could use.
