I am looking at purchsing a new Laptop and was wondering what you guys think of this one.


Intel® Core™ i5 2450m Processor.
Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit).
8Gb RAM.
750Gb Hard Drive. (5400rpm S-ATA)
15.6 inch HD LED LCD display (1,366 x 768). Anti-reflective 300nit SuperBright.
Intel HD Graphics 3000ODD DVD-R.
Wired Ethernet LAN 802.11bg/n. Wireless 1x1 802.11 bg/n.

Looks solid to me. My only concern is what it will be used for. If it will be used as like a word processor, web browser, spredsheets, etc. then this is perfect. but if it will be doing games or anything graphical demanding then there would be a problem because the on board graphics is not suited for those kinds of applications

It will be mainly used for typing documents and downloads etc, and a few light games but nothing heavy.
 
According above specification, its good enough for home applications. Also if you will be used for gaming mobiles.
