ahhh trojan

ok i have this trojan that cant be removed by my anti virus its called generic downloader.v does anyone know how i can remove this?

Have u tried to scan and then delete it in safe mode?

Have u tried to delete it manually? (the anti-virus software finds it and gives u it's location, then if it isn't in an important folder u could just delete it.

Start -> run -> msconfig -> startup Then google for all of the processes and uncheck the bad ones.
