Hey, im a computer hardware novice and could do with some help doing an upgrade to my graphics card from a Nvidia Geforce 9200 to something more powerful but the problem im facing is i only have a 220watt PSU and a only have a small case, so could people give suggestions on what i should maybe upgrade to and what powersupply/case i would need? (i know thats asking alot i just really dont know)

computer spec:
Acer Aspire X1300
MoBo: AGP PCI IMB USB i2c SMBus Model Number: WMCP78M
Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) 9650 Quad-core
Memory:3GB DDR2
PSU:220w
GPU:Nvidia Geforce 9200
OS: Windows 7 64Bit

The maximum wattage I've seen in that formfactor is 350 watts, so that limits you pretty bad. Granted, the GeForce 9200 is already a pretty slow beast these days, not to mention, is usually an integrated GPU.

Since you can't really upgrade to the latest gen on the video card, and the highest I could recommend on the power supply you could get is pretty tiny, a few things need to be considered.

What's your overall budget?

What's your primary goal by the upgrade?
