Adobe Flash HELP!!! making a url

i just downloaded the new adobe Flash cs3 Professional. i made a annimation thing. and i was wondering how to post to a say,, blog on myspace so others can view my viedo. i think maybe putting it in an html. or hyperlink. or placing it in the bulleton as a picture, but the movie. i need help soon

depending on the format, have you tried photobucket? they now allow you to host videos and they give you a url to copy and paste.

how do i put it into photobucket. and also when ive saved it on ym computer. and then trpyed to post into photobucket it dint work. heres an example on what im trying to do. http://www.salineschools.com/users/cavianij/Flash Training/cannon picnic.htm

this is what someone at my school made. i want to put it in the internet likt that
