Add/Remove Program list cleared?

My computer has been giving me the Blue Screen of Death, usually when I'm running Azureus. I decided to try uninstalling and reinstalling the program to see if that would help. I went to remove it, but it's not listed. I have several programs as well that are not listed. I only see 4 programs listed:

Codec Pack - All in 1 6.0.2.6
DivX
DivX Player
Mechwarrior 3

Any ideas what happened and how I can fix this problem...so I can try and solve another problem?

I was able to uninstall Azureus by start<programs<Azureus<Uninstall Azureus. I still don't know what to do with the Add/Remove Programs list. I did some searching and found that there may be some info missing from my registry about the programs in the list. Could that possibly be it?

That would be the problem. If they were removed from the registry they won't show in the add/remove window. Only way I know to get them back is to reinstall the programs. Some programs won't let you install over them then you are up a creek unless you can find their uninstall.exe in the respective folder.
