You have to be a bit more specific. I thought RAM refreshing was in rates not time. The rates are 1 thousand, 2 thousand, 4 thousand and 8 thousand.

I'm going to assume you're talking about the tRFC.

I would say your average times are 127.5ns (nano seconds) and 195ns.
