6800xt problem

Hi
I recieved a 6800XT and i keep getting message on monitor that cable isn't connected...this is to replace my 6200 agp also..I called zogis tech support and at first he told me to connect molex plug.....duh? this card doesn't use one..so his next piece of advice is that it's probably in compatible with my motherboard...so I'm retuning it....I have an Albatron nforce mother board about 4 years old...now im scared I can't find a compatible video card so i'm really lost..could use some help

what a moron..me i mean crap..since they didn't send a molex plug I didn't realise there was one..and here i sent it back to Newegg..i feel like an idiot
 
well i have them sending a biostar 6800XT and i'll try againand keep my fingers crossed
