2nd time computer has stopped working

ok so this is the second time my computer has fucked up and its the same way.the first time my computer stopped working it wouldnt cut on at all so i bought a new PSU and motherboard and once again it will not cut on can anyone help plz

GeForce 6800gs
40gb HD
1 gig pc 3200 ddr
500w PSU ultra xfinity

Flat out wont tur on? Or does it make beeping noises?

Make sure everything is secure and connected. Might be your power cord?
