I was gonna buy the new Dell XPS 700 when I saw the different choices I had available for the video cards. My question is which is better and why the new 1GB NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GX2 Dual-GPU Graphics Card or Dual 512MB nVidia GeForce 7900? All I know about the 7950 GX2 is that basically it's 2 video cards combined into one. Please I could use all the help I could get. Thanks again.

Almost forgot here is the PC in all it's gaming glory :)

XPS 700

Pentium D Proc 960 w/ Dual Core Technology (3.60GHz, 800FSB)

2GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz

320GB Serial ATA 3Gb/s Hard Drive (7200RPM) w/DataBurst Cache

16x DVD-ROM Drive + 16x DVD+/-RW w/ dbl layer write capable

Dual 512MB nVidia GeForce 7900 GTX or 1GB NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GX2 Dual-GPU Graphics Card (Whichever is better)

I also heard that windows doesn't support more then 2gb of memory is this true because I was gonna get 4gb but if it's true ill stick with 2 and save the money :)

Windows can support 2GB yeah, it can support up to 4GB.

I think that Dual 512MB would be better, the 1GB is 2X512 anyway, just in one card. So if it comes down to anything, get the 2X512MB - failsafe..

Also, you could build your own, better, for cheaper..
