Electrical applicance wise, I have a couple I see that I like:

Phillips
Samsung

If they're stereo systems, then Pioneer

I believe Sony make much better products than the likes of Goodman

The reason that Sony is not on the poll is that in many cases it dominates high class electrical goods. The poll is about brands which are affordable but at the same time being of quality. Sony again dominates the quality category thus these two reasons are why its not included on the poll.

Um Sony is in the midpricerange here in the land of Aus

Pioneer, JVC and Toshiba, and Phillips speakers are suppposed to be good.

They're quality, they never go fail, durable, attractive products, and more.
