I'm pretty set on getting one of these TVs for general use (TV, Xbox 360, DVD, Blu-ray and maybe as a second monitor for my Macbook Pro).
Firstly, are these pretty decent tellys? I'm not really up to speed on the technology and what's available on the market today but was impressed at what i thought were pretty good specs (both 1080p resolution, 50,000:1 contrast ratio etc.).
Secondly, is the difference between these two models just and extra 1"? I can't seem to find anything between them other than that the price difference is pretty big for nothing more than that?
Finally, has anyone got any experience with either of these model's sound? That seems to be their only criticism in most reviews so i intend to hook which one i get up to a Rotel RA-05 amplifier powering Monitor Audio BR2s, would this produce decent sound for the usages mentioned?
