Replacing chip set fan

Trying to replace a chip set fan. The fan moves a bit when I wiggle it but I see no screws or fasteners that I can remove to get the fan off the mother board, I as told these are kind of universal, mine is on a ASUS mother board A7V266 and it is making a squeeking sound, need help!

None of the pictures I've found on the net show the attachment method very clearly, what does it look like from the back of the board? a thread or a pin type?
