Help with Motorola V276

Hey, got this phone for christmas and am wanting to put mp3 ringtones on it. Have tried for a while and have absolutely no idea how to do it, i basically want the mp3 from my computer on the phone. I have no cable from the cell phone to do it with.

Has your phone/puter got bluetooth? or infa red? you can send it by either of those...
