AverMedia A188 Duet (Dual TV tuner)

Hello all.

This TV tuner is a relatively newcomer to AverMedia's products, so few people have it yet. Two questions:

1. Does this tuner work with Ubuntu's latest versions?
2. Someone on Newegg says that it works well with XP 64 and AverMedia's newest Media Center.

Anyone have any knowledge about these items?
