dang... wish i would've taken lan pictures at work. we have 10 gaming rigs and a 46" lcd that we post the scores of UT3 on, its pretty bamf.. we just suffered $30,000 in water damage so half of our computers are damaged. it'll be a while till we're back up and gaming

definitely are a lot of fun. i remember we drank so much coke LOL...i think i had about 25 cans myself alone. then we built a pyramid out of the empties LOL. i hope i still have pictures somewhere.

i went to one a few years ago, about 150-200 people were there. it was cool at first, but i got really bored. my friend and i just ended up throwing stress balls (from the freebie box) at the staff. there were a couple different tourneys going on but a couple pro teams flew in and destroyed everyone, kind of took the fun out of a semi-local tournament. i probably wont go to another lan for a while, its not worth paying money to go to a room full of nerds playng games, when i can do the same thing at home (minus the room full of nerds) for free lol. its really a cool experience (for the first couple hours) but its not really worth it.


edit: ok looking back at the photo gallery, it was pretty fun lol. the second day sucked though.
