I am going to use H.264 AVC codec and I read on the net that you can get DVD quality at ver low Bit Rates.
I am going to be doing a lot of Video Editing and VOB to AVi converting useing H.264 AVC codec and I was going to set my Video Bit Rate quality to 8000 kbps to convert my VOB files to H.264 AVC.
Will this be ok Bit Rates or should they be lower
