I cant get into my bios setting, its a used computer and some #$%@ password protected it. Any ideas on how to by pass it or something?

AK32 Motherboard
O/S: Win200 Pro
System manufacturer: VIA694
System Model: AWRDACPI
BIOS: Phoenix-Award BIOS v6.00PG
Processor: AMD Athlon XP 2200+
Memory: 512 RAM

I'd say flash the bios and see if that does anything. Take the bios battery out, and then put it back in. I believe that's how you flash it but I'm not real sure on that.

This is how to reset the BIOS. I recomend taking the battery out for 30 seconds as this clears the password out of almost all non IBM computers

That and i believe you have to move the jumper over too next to the battery to reset the cmos, as well as taking out the battery, that works just as well.
