Favourite server monitoring tool?

I have recently stumbled across a new free web and server monitoring tool called Monitance and it has been working like a charm for me - very simple to use and effective... has anybody else tried it?

There's one called LPI that we use. You can also use a free one called Paessler, which gives you 4 free customizable sensors, which can do all sorts of things like bandwidth monitoring. Installs a web server on your computer and uses a web management inferface with great visuals.
