Just got dsl yesterday, and sometimes ill be surfing around and the loading will slow way down and it will give me an error message 'The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.' Whenever that happens the only way to make it go back to normal speed is to turn my modem off then on and it goes back. Any suggestions?
