I was listening to music this morning when windows popped up with a message saying that Unrecognized files have replaced system files,so i did a scan with AVG and Windows Defender (They are still scanning) and AVG Is reporting that Kernell32.dll,User32.dll,shell32.dll and NTOSKML.exe have been modified,im not going to shutdown my PC Until i know what has happend (Just in case i cant load windows lol),Is this something to be worried about?

Well,It says everything is ok,but why would my files just change like that,i noticed that just after it happend, windows was installing updates.
