Is the camera usb?
Try uninstalling the drivers
Right click on my computer select the tab that says" Device manager" and find the one with the name of your webcam and right click on it and hit "uninstall driver" and then unplug it wait liek 2 seconds and replug it back it Try that

It's a PITA to get though. You need to "view" some adds to get to the actual download. Just keep clicking "Next Offer" half a dozen times and you're there.
