Hey guys it seems I have a virus in my System32 folder. The file that my antivirus finds is catsrvpsn.dll and it goes all crazy saying that I need to delete it on startup, but the virus scan can't do anything about it (can't delete, repair, remove, move). I tried running in safe mode and deleting it but that won't work and also tried a program called 'killbox' recommended but that also didn't work.
Do you guys know what I should do in order to rid myself of this file? This is the first time I've ever dealt with a virus that my virus scan couldn't get rid of and I'm not sure what to do with it. It basically renders my computer useless after about 2 minutes after startup. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
