can't get rid of spyware

hey I use spy bot and it scanned, i had some spy ware stuff, i removed them it said it couldn't remove one of the spy ware ( eAcceleration ) so i rebooted in safe mode And I still can't delete it, its been there for a while. how i do i get rid of it.?

Its just a standalone program by mcaffee, ive never had any success with it TBH. Download hijackthis, run it and post the log you get
