Hi,

At the moment I have Zone Alarm firewall, Avast anti-virus and Windows defender.

But, I have been offered Bit Defender Internet Security 2008 by a friend.

My question is, do you think I should use this insted of the progrmas I have running at the moment, and if so should I keep any of the other ones on.

Also, any advice you have about getting other selections of software, to protect my PC toher than the ones I have now is appreciated (i'm looking to upgrade my security software).

Thanks in advance

Bit Defender is a good AV, but I'd still take NOD32 over it.

If your getting it for free, I would defiantly take it over Avast.

Ok, thanks for your answers so far.

I have now installed bit defender, but was wondering:

How much of a resource hog is the aggressive protection level which scans incoming HTTP traffic along with others?

And is it worth having it turned on?

Thanks

Bit Defender is GREAT i had it for a while (of course i didn't pay for, cant talk much about that) and it expired. but it was great while it lasted..
