Just upgraded my cpu from AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Venice (Socket 939) to a 64 3700+ San Diego so selling the 3200+. its about 6 months old. Comes with original packaging, left over warranty, heat shink and fan. never been overclocked. works fine.
