Default Wierd Error?

i was on a Vid site, i clicked play vid and some porn website popped up. it had a hole bunch of young girls on it, idk if it was like kiddi porn or anything but they looked awfully young. then about a min later a microsoft boxed popped up. it was about 7 sentences long but i freaked and turned off my computer after reading the first 2 sentences. They said. Microsft has detected suspicious activity on your network. Your credit card number has been coppied down. i dont kno if thats it word for word but it basiacly said that it detected suspicious activity and that it sent microsfot my credit card number. im wondering if im going to like get arrested or somthing... or if this was just one of those Fake pop ups. iv had fake ones like this before but none of them said they were taking down my credit card number. and it seems odd that it happeend around when a wierd porn site popped up. any input

Spam. Complete spam trash. Wait... you didn't actually give your credit card number to anyone, did you?
