Very Nasty Spyware Look2Me

I was recently hit with a variant of the Look2Me Spyware, and I have been working on trying to get rid of it for about 5 days now. I've downloaded every scanner that I can find out there, including spybot, adaware, microsoft anti-spyware, ewido, stinger, cwshredder, vx2finder, and look2me fixer from symantec. The last three are designed to look for this Look2Me. I have been scanning in safe mode with my internet off, everything is up to date, and I still cant get rid of it. Here is my HiJackThis Log.

I also have a text file that I made in dos that shows all of my dll files that are currently running, and some of them are suspicious. I can post that if needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...

Sounds to me that it uses the rootkit exploit... You may need a rootkit identifying program...

The problem with rootkit viruses/spyware is that they hide from Windows and are very difficult to detect... Worse case scenerio, you may need to format your HD

Yeah, I probably will have to format. I wanted to avoid it because I have a lot of music and pictures that is a pain to keep burning to cd's everytime I want to format.

Another thing I might add is that ewido keeps finding dll's that are associated with this Look2Me. Once ewido found a dll with Look2Me in it, I would write the name of it down, restart, and then go into the system32 folder when it came back up and delete that dll. I would scan with ewido again, it would find another dll, and I would do the same thing again. Those files weren't regenerating after I did that either, because I checked my dll file count in that folder, and it would keep decreasing by one after every dll file I deleted and after restart.
