problem with webroot desktop firewall

when ever i boot my pc i cant go on the internet. i try to enable my network connection but it wont aquire the network address.. i shut off the webroot desktop firewall and then i can aquire the network address and i can go on the internet.. can anyone help me out? this is really pissing me off.

check your antivirus, sometimes there automatically set to high protection which is filter everything, if its that, put protection to medium
