You can also block their connection and close the ports ...
You'll need to find the original source though, just boot your computer with no startup programs running and then just check the process
Once you find it, check it out on the internet and post a hijackthis log too

Hello Dyserq

This is my hijackthis report.......pls check it Thanks

I think you are ok. Those ports remain open. I have all but two of those ports open on my machine and I know I don't have a trojan.

But KSB I felt I was being hacked as one of my password was constantly hacked..not anymore as I have firewalled now......Hope you have firewalled your system too.....
Now I want to delete the unwanted softwares seen in the result of Hijack this.....Hope Dyserq can help me..

The ports open in my system now are
80
81
82
83
8088
11523

Does it look ok?

Thanks in advance to all
Ananthan

Please note that this isn't a complete list by any means, but it will give you an idea of what to look out for in Netstat. Be aware that some of the lower Ports may well be running valid services.
