I have another problem

I just ran scans in safe mode last night, but now my AVG keeps popping up with GoldManager.dll. It's located in C:/Windows/system32/GoldMAnager.dll. It said I couldn't delete it and I tried deleting it manually but nothing worked.

Ugh. Again.

Edit: I rebooted because it said "Reboot required to finish the action" in avg when I tried deleting it. I checked back and it's not there anymore. Does that mean it's gone?
