search the forums... this has been talked about like abillion times

chances are... your not going to get around it.. just wait to browse your porn and games till you get home.

We got around ours at school. :) They know about it though. It's an easy fix but they haven't done it yet.

Hey ther Psych0,

This site isnt illegal, so ill share it:

www.misterprivacy.com just follow the instructions. It works by hiding your IP address; when you surf certain sites, it hides your IP address from your ISP so they cant block or track your surfing activities. The website tells u the rest. It refuses to work on mine for some dumn reason, but it works on others.

I had and still have the web restrictions that you have. I have admin control coz i bought my laptop outside the school, but the web policies of our IT makes it hell for us computer enthusiasts as well.

Have fun

if there not blocked, try web site translators, like freetranslation.com, or worldlingo.org (or .net im not sure and they might have changed thed site since last) but try those and just type in the URL and click translate from like spanish to english, so what happens is, if your school filters work the same or similar to mine, when the filter searches the page for like key words and maybe the content catagory, the filters wont reconise the other language its translating from, at least i think thats how it works, im not really sure lol, i guess if you have access to comand promt and you know what your doing you can use that, or if you use the scedualed tasks, my friend figured this one out but they might have fixed it since then, anyways, what you do is go to the scedualed tasks (start>programs>accessorys>system tools>scheduled tasks) open that up and then add a new task, and set it for like a minute ahead or whenever you want the task to open, and then regardless of restrictions, it should start up whatever it is you want to start up, though i dont know if they've fixed that little trick at my school yet, they might have yet to do so at yours, so good luck, (my friends used it to play the games that were restricted lol)
