It seems that wherever i go (even in a public library) and every computer i go on i am tracked down by something. Everything I do on the screen is under surveillance. There is an IP I caught using Norton Virus. And the following pages I would mention all have the same IP.
There is a WTP background on this page, (http://hkflash.com/diary/diary.asp?id=linna2003&mode=4) and the background would respond to me by loading faster, slower, going away or coming back when i type anything on the address bar without inputting anything. The background comes from this Geocities link (http://hk.geocities.com/chris_k_s_y2001/back12.gif) when the background on the diary page goes away it says that the geocities site is over its bandwidth or something and would come back in an hour. But this isn't true, the site may come back in any minute. (or within a minute) That is when I do something and it responds.
And this is my own page,(http://www.hkflash.com/gb/gb.asp?id=applelinna) and it has the same IP as the ones I talked to you on above.
The page are all written in Chinese, but that doesn't matter. I am in need of help badly.
