firewall problems with win 8

Hey guys

Someone in my wants me to install some software on there new laptop. I have never ran into so many problems trying to install software. The new laptop is win 8. New out the box. When try to install kaspersky 2013 i get the following

I tried getting technical support from them directly they said would cost additional. How hard is it get a software to run. I am not a basic user. I work in technical support myself.

Go into the Windows App Store and download Kaspersky from there, then install.
