DAME Dark Angel M.E virus

I just downloaded the new MSN messenger. My antivirus "avast has picked up a Dark Angel M.E virus.
I downloaded messenger from their website..
Has anyone else had the same problem?
How do I get rid of it?

False alarm. Avast identifies its own Signature updatefiles as a Virus!

"DAME" is an old(realy old) Virusconstructor(Mutation Engine if i remember correctly)

I believe!!

wow yeah DAME was from the early 1990`s along with VCL
