Chat Monitoring

Hello,

Is it possible to monitor the chat logs and have them emailed to me or access them over the internet, without the user knowing (everyone would have guessed by now.. yeah.. its a cheating case)?
I saw a bunch of products out there, but I want a simple one, that can be used in windows vista and is cheap.
