MSI/AMD Combo.. Whats it worth

I have a Great running MSI MS-7125 K8N Neo4-F. AMD Athlon 64 3500+, 1gb Samsung PC3200 ram, MSI - GeForce PCX 5750 128mb PCI-E video.

I am looking to upgrade to an AM2, but need to see just how much I could get for this setup before I order the other parts needed to make the AM2 system.

TBH with you i'd keep it cause i don't think you would get more than 100 bucks for the whole thing.

Its just the parts.. No case.. I was considering the costs of new components verses the selling price of the older parts.
