2.0 GHz Celeron Machine For a Laptop

Ok well I am primarily looking to trade this for a laptop but all offers are welcome.

-2.0 GHz Celeron CPU
-Intel Motherboard (Exact model unknown)
-Integrated Intel 82845G/GL Graphics Controller (64 mb)
-512 mb of 333 Mhz Ram
-20 Gb HDD
-40 Gb HDD
-CD-RW Drive
Unknown 450 watt PSU (Came with the case...probably about 300 watts in reality, works very well for this system)
-Floppy Drive
-Antec and Brodway Case fans
-Chaintech AV710 Sound Card (7.1)
-Broadway Case
-Windows XP Pro
-External Linksys 802.11b
-Misc. Software PM for a list

The case has front lcd display (cpu, vga and HDD temps, time, disk access etc) 1 rear case fan, 1 on the clear side panel and one on top. Also has working USB ports (2), mic and headphone ports on front and an uninstalled firewire port.

I got the motherboard and cpu off my old Gateway computer. Handles all the games from HL engine (not HL2 obviously) on high settings. Right now I'm using it for P2P and light gaming however a laptop would suit my needs much better with the coming school year..

I guess if I were to sell it would not be under $200 but again...all offers are considered.
