Hi.. I have been working as a quality assurance officer in a small food industry for the last 4 months. The QMS software we are using is not working well, always showing some errors. So I requested the management to change the software. They asked me to suggest a good QMS and give a report on the issues with current software and advantages of the software which I prefer. I have selected Unipoint software https://www.unipointsoftware.com . But I am not well aware about its performance. Does anyone here ever used this software? How can I know whether it is good or not? Do you have any other software to suggest me? Please reply me as soon as possible.
