Newegg has HP refurbished small form factor desktop computers for way under 200 bucks. I got one that was 149 for my office in Mississippi. Came with the keyboard and mouse. Runs great and you can get parts for it.

I am in UK. The cmos battery is for the youngsters laptop, that is why I need to know where it is so that I can replace it, I have looked at te motherboard but cannot find the cmos battery so I think that it was taken out before it was given to her.

Do you see a free 2pin connector?
If so, that's properly where the battery goes.
