Samsung Galaxy S4 Internet Issue

Hi all. So on my Galaxy S4 that is only a month old when I go out I switch my mobile data on to use and when I get home I may leave it on and expect it to switch to WiFi but it says "Internet not available" but when switch mobile data off and scan for WiFi it joins no problem. Does anyone else have an issue like this or similar with their Android Device?

Have you since taken the battery out and put it back in?

No, I've noticed it hasn't happened last few times but will see what happens.
