Hi everyone. I'm not sure I'm on the right forum for this but here goes: Basically, I joined a website recently and was given a username, password and an account ID. The first time I did this I logged in successfully. However I wanted to change my username so I informed them and they told me my details had been amended and I should now log in with my new username. Since then I've been unable to log in at all. The message that appears on screen is: username must contain A-Z a-z 0-9 -_ characters. I really don't understand it, my username is fine. I've even tried a different browser but to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions please?
