Whate is the best 'system optimizer' that is free for windows

I want virus removal, malware removal, performance scans, memory and registry cleanups and other boosts that will keep my computer error free.
Any other bells and whistles are very welcome.

I looked for 45 minutes and couldn't find a good one.

Are you after a free version or paid ?

Advanced system care for reg and malware,using along with avast also running malwarebytes. all paid versions.Malwarebytes is very good at picking the "pup crap"A lot of free stuff will pick up problems .but dont fix.

Win utilities is good but has no antivirus with it I would suggest getting

Win utilities (for general system optimisation)
Avast (for viruses and malware)
And ccleaner (to keep the registry clean )
