Budget Powerhouse! Ram? Motherboard?

Hey guys,

In the near future I am going to build a gaming pc for around $600-$800!

I need help choosing Ram and a Motherboard.

I am a little confused with what motherboard because I have heard that you need a motherboard which supports your processor or something like that...

Also I have no idea what Ram to get, yes I know Ram is Ram but still.. I need a good quality piece. I am looking for 2x4gb ddr3 Ram.

Here is my list of parts so far, feel free to tell me what you think!

CPU: AMD FX-8320
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 (Maybe 650 Ti +30)
PSU: Litepower 600w
Case: Cooler Master Elite 430 W/O PSU S/Panel
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5
Ram?
Motherboard?

O.S. Windows 7

Probably about $110-$120?

But I'll go that extra if the motherboard you suggested is worth it...

Will that motherboard support all my parts... Especially the processor?

Also what ram should I look for in conjunction with that motherboard?

Sorry to bother you so much but I'm building this with my dad. Now, this may be a silly question but how do you install Dos and Bios? Do we have to purchase or what?
