What is with all the newbies and grave digging especially in the introductions forum and social lounge, Its really annoying seeing the recent threads sidebar spammed with threads from the introductions section, It been happening for the last 2 days.

It might be spammers getting their post count up so that they are able to post links.

I'd run the IP's against stopforumspam and honeypot and take appropriate action before the spam attack happens. It's called proactive moderation.
