Hey,

Just because i'm an Intel man I would go for this Mobo and CPU:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H61MA-D3V H61 Socket 1155 7.1 Channel HD.. | Ebuyer.com

CPU: Intel Core i3 3220 3.30GHz Socket 1155 3MB Cache.. | Ebuyer.com

and this power supply:
Antec VP450P 450W PSU - 120mm Fan 4x SATA 1x PCI-E | Ebuyer.com

(yes it is a lower wattage but would probably cope better than the 800 Watt cheap ass unit). For that kinda build 400+ watts will be plenty.

Personally I would like to upgrade the motherboard a little bit if you have another £10 - £20 or so?
