I'm having trouble installing Publisher 2007 after an OS reinstall. I need to contact Microsoft to see if they can help me get the product key. All contact channels seem to be blocked by a $100 minimum fee. Is there any way to contact Microsoft for free concerning my issue?

Does anyone know the OEM Vista situation? The hard disk on my Dell Inspiron is going downhill and I am wondering if I will get activation problems if I replace it and reinstall the operating system on it

One can go to their support center and send email regarding the problem. Hope you will get the reply soon as i always got the resolution through mail.
