Using my computer as a router

Hello. On my PC I have two Ethernet ports. The top one named "Local Area Connection" is coming from the cable modem which I'm using to get internet on my pc. The second one named "Local Area Connection 2" is currently disabled and I that is plugged into my Xbox 360. I know I have to enable the second port put it still won't connect to the internet. Any help? Thanks

Are you trying to get a connection to the xbox? I assume that you are so then you make sure both connections are enabled then you highlight both connections, right click, and bridge connections. Then restart your network settings on the xbox to automatic then you should be fine.

I think you are right, you should share your primary network connection to others

you have to create a network bridge... I would post a url, but I'm still restricted :X. Just google "how to make a bridge for xbox 360" or something like that and you'll get all kinds of hits.
